Details of what you would like as your background, layout of your Artwork can be clearly written on the form so that I will know what you want.
Details of colour of fur and eyes need to be written down if they don't show on the photograph very well.
If there is a name to be added in pencil, write the name.
Please tell me what medium you would like the portrait done in, Watercolour or pencil.
Please send 25% of the total cost.
If you want it for a present then please give your self time so that I can have it ready, A portrait can take me a week to a month depending on how much detail is in it.
A card to accompany your portrait can be made with the name on. @ £4.50 —- optional
If you do not live fare from me I can deliver, but if you are to far I will be sending it by recorded delivery, a charge of £2.50 on top of you total will be made.
